LOVE THIS!!! - Super cute!!! I had both my boys wear this each once for photos - fits 2T-3T, MAYBE a slim 4T. Very well made. I'm pretty sure it's wool, but neither one of my kiddos complained of itching - they did have a t-shirt on underneath though. GREAT NOSTALGIC PIECE!
