The outdoor cameras, hard drive, and one of the recorders are brand new. Everything else is used. Video feeds can be viewed on any device using WiFi or with a monitor (not included) without connecting to the internet. Cloud storage is available through the app or video can be stored on the recorder. However, the original hard drive went bad so I purchased another one but when I installed it I still could not get it to work. Perhaps someone more tech savvy can get it working. The feeds can be viewed, just not recorded unless repaired. The system is capable or having 10 feeds so all cameras can be hooked up.
