Overview: Up for sale is a fantastic oil on canvas painting by listed California/Hawaii artist, Elayne Rustan. Rustan has numerous auction records and maintained galleries in both California and Hawaii in the 1960s to 1980s. This piece was purchased at her gallery in Hawaii in the early 1980's. Interestingly, it depicts the Monterey coast in California, rather than Hawaii. Signed at lower left. Signed and titled en verso. Painted in 1972 (per the artist's daughter). Framed in a very nice wooden frame with linen matting.
Condition: Painting and frame are in excellent condition.
Measurements: Painting measures 24 inches wide x 20 inches high. Frame measures approximately 31 inches wide x 27 inches high.
